Ohana Fuels $500 Fuel Credit Giveaway

1. Sponsor:
The Ohana Fuels $500 Fuel Credit Giveaway is sponsored by Minit Stop, located at 385 Hukilike St. Suite #101, Kahului HI.

2. Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Hawaii who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period:
The Giveaway begins on November 1, 2026 and one (1) winner will be selected monthly.

All entries must be received within the applicable monthly entry period to qualify for that month's drawing.

4. How to Enter:
There are two (2) ways to enter the Giveaway during each monthly entry period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

In-Person Entry via QR Code – No Purchase Necessary:
Participants may scan the promotional QR code displayed at the Ohana Fuels Lower Main location. The QR code will direct participants to an online entry form. To enter, participants must complete and submit the required information, including their full name, phone number, and email address.

In-Person Entry (Non-digital) – No Purchase Necessary:
Participants may visit the Ohana Fuels Lower Main location and request assistance from a staff member to submit an entry without making a purchase. Participants must provide their full name, phone number, and email address to complete their entry.

Both entry methods provide an equal opportunity to win. A purchase of fuel or any other product or service is not required to enter or win.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person, per day. Entries must be submitted in person only at the Ohana Fuels Lower Main location.
Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.

5. Prize:
Winners will each receive one (1) $500 Ohana Fuels fuel credit. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is $500.

The fuel credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash or another prize.

Any additional costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each respective monthly entry period.

Monthly drawings will take place during the first week of the following month.

Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners will also be announced on Minit Stop’s social media. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, cannot be reached, or is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner through a random drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.

7. General Conditions:
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent or disruptive conduct.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

8. Publicity:
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, photograph, and general location for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability:
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries; technical difficulties; or other errors that may affect participation in the Giveaway.

10. Privacy:
Information collected from participants will be used for the administration of the Giveaway, including entry verification, winner selection, and winner notification. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's applicable privacy practices.
